Since 1998, Nancy, the head chef, has been working for national franchises and restaurants. Her passion and love for cooking and preparing delicious foods is evident in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. After close to 20 years in the food industry, Nancy started working on opening her own franchise and put her years of experience and training to work, quickly winning over the locals. Nancy collected classic Greek recipes and has all of San Ramon raving about her delicious menus.
